The 'BA (Hons) Animation & Visual Effects' degree course explores the world of animated movies, content for games, visual effects (VFX), apply Creative practices and master the magic of bringing characters and stories to life through a range of animation techniques in 2D, 3D, CG, Stopmotion, etc.

If you've always created imaginary worlds in your mind or been awestruck by animated films and stunning visual effects in movies and wondered if you couldn't do that for a living, the 'BA (Hons) Animation & Visual Effects' degree course will be your ideal choice.

Studying the 'BA (Hons) Animation & Visual Effects' degree course you will learn art, drawing, visualization, 3D modeling, animation, storytelling, storyboarding, visual effects, motion graphics, rendering, editing, compositing, stop-motion, ideation, Creativity, and many more.

The new Year Zero is the start of your journey for a BA (Hons) degree right after O'Levels. This will be the Foundation year and will further your studies into year 1, year 2 and year 3 (degree final year) respectively.

Students who have studied an Animation & VFX related Advanced Diploma or Higher National Diploma or any 240 credits equivalent qualification may apply to this course. Even Animation & VFX professionals with numerous years of industry experience are encouraged to apply. A portfolio submission will be important.
