Jawbone Wristband, App Track Your Total Health

Jawbone, the society best known for its Bluetooth headsets, has released a wristband and accompanying app that tracks your sleep, diet and exercise habits, and even nudges you to do something about it.

The system is called UP, and IT bequeath gain retail outlets November. 6 for $99. UP, which originally debuted at a Ted Worldwide event, centers close to something Schmooze calls its "MotionX" engine inside the wristband.
